Om, a sound or an intonation, which, like music, transcends the barriers of age, race, culture and even species. It is made up of three Sanskrit letters, aa, au, and ma, which, when combined together, make the sound Aum or Om.

My first entry on my blog!  It is exciting for me to venture into new territory.  So - for all you experts at this, bear with me!

Did you know that silver jewellery needs very little care?  Just a soft cloth and regular use of your fine jewellery pieces keeps the look as if it is new.  Don't try to use all those silver cleaners - a silver polishing cloth or just any soft cloth, flannel or similar, works fine.  When I have people tell me their jewellery turned black, I ask them if they use their pieces or just let them sit in the jewellery box on their dresser - usually the answer is the latter.  I have never needed to polish my pieces when I use them regularly.
